We regret to inform you that the in-person AGM and Elections scheduled for today have been postponed. Please read below for more details.
Reason for Postponement
Due to the need for the CIWiL Regional Governance Committee to meet and consult with the Supervisor of Elections, we have decided to postpone the AGM and Elections. This decision ensures that all necessary protocols are followed and that the process remains transparent and fair.
New Date and Time
The AGM and Elections will now take place on Saturday, 27th July 2024 at 2:00 PM. To accommodate all members, the event will be held online.
Online Format
The meeting will be conducted via Zoom to ensure that all members, especially those who were inconvenienced by the postponement, can participate. A Zoom link will be shared with registered members shortly.
